Early Voting Begins Oct. 23rd

Early voting in this year's elections, including the Maryland Gubernatorial race, will run from October 23-30, 2014, including Sunday 10/26. 

You can vote at any of the three Early Voting locations (below) in Howard County, but on Election Day you must go to your assigned polling place.

  • Howard County Offices:
    • County Executive
    • County Council, District 3

    • Board of Education - vote for no more than 4
    • Clerk of the Circuit Court (records deeds & mortgages; issues business & marriage licenses; administers oaths for public office)
    • (Howard County) Judge of the Orphans' Court (wills, estates, and guardianship of minors) - vote for no more than three
