The 2025 Autumn Walk HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 via Zoom (call details coming later).
The primary business will be Elections for one (1) vacant position on the Board, and adoption of the FY26 Budget, but there will also be a Resident Forum for you to ask questions.
- Elections
- Nomination forms have been mailed to each household, and will also be sent via email for your convenience.
- Nomination Forms are due to AWHOA's Management Team by Wed. 11/19/25 via mail or TownSq (use the "Requests" feature). Nominations can also be taken on the floor during the meeting.
- Candidate forms received by the deadline will be mailed to each household along with the draft budget and the meeting Zoom login details.
- Budget
- The draft FY26 Budget (effective 1/1/26) has been posted to TownSq and will also be mailed to all owners.
- 2024 Minutes
- The Draft 2024 Annual Meeting Minutes will also be adopted, also posted here on this site.
